Come and join us for an evening filled with fantastic food, excellent entertainment and fabulous friends!
What better way to bring in the New Year that by coming to the club. Stevie and his team have written a great menu this year for you all to enjoy before the bells with a few glasses of bubbly. This is all before dancing your night away right into 2018!

New Year’s Eve – Menu
Spiced Tomato and Roasted Red Pepper Soup
Served with homemade wheaten bread
Smoked Salmon, Crayfish Tails & Prawns
Served with a baby leaf salad and spiced marie rose sauce
Confit Shredded Duck
Served on a toasted sourdough bread with homemade red onion marmalade
Goats Cheese and Beetroot Salad (v)
Crumbled goats cheese, fresh beetroot, boiled egg and baby leaf salad with a balsamic reduction dressing.
Pan Roasted Irish Chicken Supreme
Served on a bed of Cabbage + Bacon mash served with a smoked bacon and leek sauce.
Atlantic Cod
Oven roasted fresh skin on Atlantic cod with succulent king prawns, new baby potatoes with chilli infused chorizo, asparagus and brown butter sauce.
Sirloin Steak
Dry aged sirloin cooked to your liking served with Portobello mushrooms, vine tomatoes, black pepper sauce and triple cooked chips.
Linguine Alfredo with Wild Mushrooms (v)
Chargrilled vegetables with wild mushrooms tossed in a rich creamy sauce on a bed of linguine pasta, served with a toasted ciabatta.
Mini Trio of Desserts
Lemon meringue, triple chocolate chip brownie, Breamar Farm ice cream with a winter berry coulis
